HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES TAKE? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. Why? Because we know your order is important to you. When you receive your shipping email, you know your order is on its way. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
Over Bank Holidays our Distribution Centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
DELIVERY DELAYS
We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
LOST PACKAGES
Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from us.
