Refunds & Returns
Faulty Items - VIVA Instruments offers a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all Podiatry Instruments we supply. In the extremely unlikely event that you are experiencing a problem with a VIVA INSTRUMENTS product, please contact our friendly customer service team immediately.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Freight charges on the returned goods will be at Buyer’s expense. We advise for goods to be packaged with care and sent the registered post or with a tracking number so any missing parcels can be traced. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have items returned to VIVA Instruments in the same optimal condition that they are sent. Liability for goods damaged on return transit lies firmly with the buyer.
