1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CHANGE OF MIND)

Once you notify us, you then have a further:

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

Exceptions (non-returnable items):

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items that deteriorate quickly

2. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within:

We may ask for:

  • RMA/Return reference

Items must be returned within:

  • 14 days after notifying us of cancellation, or

  • 30 days for faulty items

Please keep a proof of postage.


4. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

We cover the return postage costs.

āœ” Change of mind returns:
Customer pays return postage.


5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. EXCHANGES

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Let us know during the return request

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item
