A: It means the tee has been tested to standards: Method 6.2 (blade cut), Method 6.3 (tear) and Method 6.4 (puncture) and meets Level 2 in each. That signals strong slash/tear/puncture resistance, but it is not body armour.
Q: Can I wear this undercover or off-duty?
