How to use it
Classic Jollof: blend tomatoes, red bell peppers, onion, scotch bonnet. Fry with palm oil. Add 2 tbsp per cup of rice. Simmer 25 min.
Jambalaya / Spanish Chicken & Rice: brown chicken, sauté veg, add rice + 1.5 tbsp + stock. Simmer 22 min.
Smoky Grilled Chicken: rub on chicken thighs, marinate 1 hour, grill or oven-roast.
Paella shortcut: 1 tbsp into the rice + saffron + stock for a weeknight paella base.
