Step 1: Identify the Beam Pattern
- Clean the headlamp thoroughly and switch on dipped beam.
- Use the diffuser sheet to locate the distinct beam pattern.
- Position the hole in the sheet over the centre of the beam pattern or bulb.
Step 2: Apply the Reflective Dot
- Place the silver reflective dot through the hole in the diffuser sheet onto the headlamp.
- Keep headlamps switched on for at least five minutes to improve adhesion.
- Remove the diffuser sheet and save it for the other headlamp.
Step 3: Attach the Beam Deflector
- Remove all backing papers from the Headlamp Convertor.
- Ensure the text "EU" is at the top for RHD vehicles driving in Europe.
- Align the location circle over the reflective dot and press firmly.
Step 4: Repeat for the Other Headlamp
- Follow the same steps for the second headlamp.
- For removal, turn on headlamps to soften the adhesive before peeling off.
- Clean any remaining adhesive with alcohol-based cleaner or methylated spirits. Avoid acetone-based cleaners, which may damage plastic headlamps.
